Aromas and Flavors: I am an exceptional champagne, with aromas of dried fruits such as toasted almond and hazelnut, enhanced with candied fruits, dried apricot and fig, with a touch of pastry. On the palate, I am ample, complex and with a beautiful persistence.
Food and Wine Pairings: I enhance refined dishes such as truffle-based dishes, mature cheeses like comté, or pan-fried foie gras.

Because we're all about champagne for friends: honest, good-tasting, without snobbery. We select vintages from winemakers we know — no empty "exceptional" marketing.
Aim for between 8 and 10°C for most sparkling wines. Too cold, the aromas are dulled; too warm, the alcohol dominates. Take the bottle out of the fridge about fifteen minutes before serving.
Means very little (or no) dosage liqueur added after fermentation: dry, straightforward profile, ideal if you like frank wine and sugar-free apéritifs.
Ideally 24 to 48 hours in the fridge with an airtight stopper — beyond that, the bubbles will flatten. If you don't finish the bottle, it's not a failure: it's an excuse for a second glass.
Appetizers, goat cheese, seafood, sashimi, or a no-fuss Sunday meal. Champagne is also for Tuesday nights with a well-garnished pizza — no judgment here.
